THE HITCH HORSES

These are the horses of Whispering Meadows. We recently sold Doug. We will miss him greatly. We are rebuilding our hitch with young stock and are looking forward to the 2006 show season.

BARNEY

is a Michigan bred 17.2hh Percheron Gelding and is one heck of a great mover. He is outstanding in any spot he is hooked, he also loves to be the center of attention. Here he can be seen strutting his stuff at the 2004 Michigan Great Lakes International Show in the Men's Cart class

D & D's BOBBY

This nice looking young gelding made his debut for us as a 3 yr. old in 2005. We have brought him along slowly and look forward to seeing what he is capable of in 2006. We have high hopes for this youngster. Keep your eye out for him in the show ring.

HPF Ontario's Kodiak

Kodi is a yearling we purchased this year who has yet to make a debut for us in the show ring. 2006 will be his first year and we are pointing him towards the Jr. Cart and hopefully the Jr. team at the 2006 World Congress. His full sister was part of the 2004 World Champion Jr. team in Manitoba so he has a lot to live up to.

Kealey's Luckie Lynn

This is Lynn a 2 yr old grand daughter of Highview Dragano out of a mare that goes back to Kirby's Alabama and Blackhome Duke. We hope that she lives up to her breeding. We expect to show this fine young mare in both hitch classes and halter. She is also for sale. Further info can be found on Horses for Sale area.

Honey Ridge Pearl

Pearl is another 2 yr old mare we added to our lineup for 2006. She is quite a tall and elegant mare who we hope will be able to shine in the show ring. She is a daughter of Dreamtime Silverado and she looks like she will be able to stomp like a lot of his get. We are looking forward to hitching her.
