This is Lexi. She was born March 20th, which just happened tog be the same day as the Vernal Equinox. She was bred to be a heavy hunter and riding horse for Chris. She is a total doll and loves to be scratched on her neck by all. Midnight is quite a proud and good mama and takes wonderful care of her darling filly.

Lexi will be prepared to be inspected by the American Warmblood Society this spring. From what I see I don't think we will have any problems with getting approved with that registration. I sure wish that the World Percheron Congress in 2004 wasn't so far away in Manitoba (thats one LONG drive from Michigan) because I would have loved to see how she stacked up against other Percheron crosses being bred for sport horses.

These pictures were taken of her when she was 3 days old, her first day outside. She was quite thrilled to be able to kick up her heels and tear around the paddock. Its amazing to see how much stronger she has become since being born a scant 3 days ago. Midnight will be breed again this spring to Blackholm Grandur Lyn and we are hoping for a nice grey hitch prospect. I'm sure Midnight wont let us down! Come back often to see Lexi as she grows. Since she is our first home bred baby, you can bet that we will be taking numerous pictures of her.
