1) Assunto original da mensagem;

2) Header completo da mensagem,(Todos os programas de email mostram os cabe=
=E7alhos da mensagem. Esta informa=E7=E3o =E9 muito importante, pois s=F3 a=
ssim ser=E1 detectada a origem da mesma);

3) Texto completo da mensagem, (Por favor n=E3o alterar).

Os dados supra referidos dever=E3o ser remetidos, com a maior brevidade pos=
sivel,aos nossos servi=E7os, atrav=E9s do endere=E7o de email: abuse@mail.t=
elepac.pt, caso contr=E1rio n=E3o ser=E1 possivel adoptar qualquer medida, =
pois n=E3o teremos dados suficientes para agir.

Se pretende uma ac=E7=E3o mais eficaz perante o SPAM poder=E1 usar o servi=E7=
o webmail atrav=E9s do endere=E7o http://webmail.telepac.pt.

Este servi=E7o permite que possa apagar as mensagens sem as ler, apenas vis=
