Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This e-mail was automatically sent to you so you know we have received your complaint. In case you should like to contact abuse@nl.uu.net in the future and do not want to receive automatical replies please put "NO REPLY" at the beginning of the subject line of your mail. Every e-mail is read and dealt with appropriately. WorldCom's Acceptable Use Policy does not allow abusive conduct on our network - or on the networks of our customers. * Nothing can ever be done about e-mail or usenet spam without *FULL* headers. Most mail and news clients will hide the "ugly" headers which are not normally relevant to everyday messages. The headers which are left in view are easy to forge and are therefore unreliable as evidence. * Ordinarily, we can only deal with spam/abuse which originated within the WorldCom NL or SE network. If the spam/abuse originated outside our network, you will want to contact the Postmaster or Administrators of that network. However, it is ok to send reports about spam on websites from WorldCom NL customers. We will also take action on these reports. * If you are Swedish, please write in English. * Address spam-reports about *.da.uu.net users to abuse-mail@uu.net * A short description in words for less obvious types of abuse is appreciated * Please include timestamps and your time zone, ip addresses and source-/ destination ports if you are forwarding copies of system logs. * Please do not use HTML or any type of attachments in your message * It is not necessary to include any RIPE DB entries * Please use a valid from-address or reply-address if you want us to be able to contact you while handling your complaint. For your reference, our AUP policy is outlined below: http://www1.worldcom.com/nl/about/voorwaarden/aup/ Our practical policy is as follows: If an offending message or action originated from a WorldCom NL customer, the customer will be contacted and warned. Quite often, new customers who have no prior Internet experience do not realize that sending SPAM is normally unwanted. In all fairness, we give them a second chance. Most often, this results in an educated customer, and just as important, in stopping this SPAM. A repeated offense originating from the same customer will result in a suspension of the account. - WorldCom NL Abuse Team
