- Independent work with the department heads and staff of the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the development of new applications and in the conversion of existing systems running on Unisys equipment for use on PC's and Novell networks
- Designed and programmed communication and application software to use PC's as point of sale cash registers
- Extensive experience with accounting software such as Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable among others
- Responsible for converting major accounting systems from Basic on WANG MVP computers to COBOL and Basic on WANG VS computers
- Primary contact for clients using accounting systems on WANG MVP mini computers.
- Sub contracted PC programming in three versions of PC COBOL and Paradox
- Over three years of mainframe programming in BAL.
- Over five years of mainframe programming in COBOL
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- Principal person involved in the selection of computer software and was instrumental in the selection of computer equipment and in determining the suitability of computer equipment while the DP Manager for SDC Associates from 1982 through 1989
- Supervised and trained entry level programmers, operators and data entry staff
- Daily functions included trouble shooting and problem resolution for hardware and software at seventy five remote locations

- Proficient PC data base programmer using Paradox versions 3.5, 4.0, PAL for Paradox on Novell Networks

- Other PC background includes Paradox Engine, C++, 6502 Assembler, Carbon Copy, ACCPAC PLUS, EXCEL, BPS Accounting, Pagemaker, Calendar Creator, Harvard Graphics, AttachMate, Lotus, MS-DOS, Windows, and OS/2
- Extensive multi user mini computer experience using Basic-2, VS/COBOL, VS/Basic, VS Procedure Language and SPEED Accounting Software on WANG VS, WANG MVP and WANG-T
- Significant work on IBM mainframes 360/370, 3090. BAL, COBOL, COBOL II, CICS, VSAM, JCL, TSO, IMS, SPF, MVS, Advantis Network - dialup, mailbox, NJE, Control-M, RACF2, SDSF. Exposure to UNISYS mainframes
