Darn, the weather has not cooperated this year. We are posponing the C ooksville ride to Saturday Sept, 24, 9am, due to the high probability of rain in the forecast. Chip will lead the ride then. Olin Park South parking lot 9am.

The postponed Hyde ride was also cancelled on the 20th due to rain and storms. I guess it was not to be this year. While we need the rain, it sure would be nice to have it on a day that we don't have a ride scheduled...

The Hyde ride has been postponed until Sat, Aug 20 due to deteriorating weather conditions. Radar shows storms moving into the area and we don't like to ride in the rain. Hope for better conditions on the 20th. See you there.

Once again high winds foiled our ride. The Paoli to New Glarus ride has been postponed until Sunday May 22, same time. Perhaps the weather will be more conducive to riding. Hope to see you there.

Once again, the weather failed to cooperate with high winds. We have postponed the April 30 Lake Kegonza ride to Saturday, May 7, hoping for decent weather. 35MPH gusts just would not do. I hope that Spring calms down one of these days.

We've encountered the first crappy weather of the season and the ride was posponed until Saturday, April 23, 11am. John will lead the Cap City trail ride then. See the updated calendar.

We held the annual Ride Planning meeting Monday, March 7, and the caneldar is now posted. Thanks to all who attended and special thanks to our ride leader volunteers. It looks to be a good season.

The Different Spokes planning meeting will be held Monday, March 7, 7pm, at Outreach, in the Gateway Mall, 600 Williamson St. Madison. This is your chance to provide input on rides that you would like to do this season, or perhaps volunteer to lead one of our rides. All input is welcome to enable us to make this riding group what YOU want it to be. Please plan on attending.
