Otherwise known
as the "Ruggle's Struggles" : working things out with three
generations living under one roof. Stan, a frustrated psychologist, lives
with his supportive wife, Jean; their eighteen year old daughter, Lynn;
and Stan's eighty-seven year old father, Chester. The crusty octogenarian
with a sometines overly blunt tongue, has come to live with them after
being kicked out of a retirement home as a disruptive influence. Not long
after Chester's arrival, Jean's elderly mother, Lydia, comes to live with
them. Adding further complications to the Ruggle's hectic household is
a depressed patient of Stan's, who comes calling and receives impromptu
counseling from Lydia and Chester!
