Jason obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.  Jason graduated Cum Laude in 1997.  After graduating, Jason accepted a position with Meicher and Associates, LLP and became a partner in 2005.  In February 2004, Jason successfully completed the NACVA exam and was awarded the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst.

His experience at Meicher and Associates, LLP includes audit, review and tax preparation engagements as well as consultation services for individuals and businesses including the sale and purchase of businesses.  In 2000, Jason was hired by Surgent McCoy CPE, LLC, a national accounting education provider to present seminars in the areas of individual, corporate and partnership taxation.

Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  In addition, he is a member of the Sauk Trails Optimist Club and has served as a Board of Director.
