20^Th Anniversary of the Section 8 Tournament June 20-22, 2008 Shelby and Romeo, MI

The Section Tournament offers you the opportunity to work together as a Referee Team! One of the most common comments we hear at the Area and Section level, is that you the referee – work alone most of the season, refereeing games by yourself.

At the Section Tournament, Regional Referees get to work with Intermediate, Advanced and National Referees. Perhaps you want to come to the tournament with a team of referees from your region? This is highly encouraged. For some regions, this is the only opportunity for this kind of teamwork. We have heard many express that the experience gained and the camaraderie formed at this event, has changed their game and built confidence.

Those who are coming in from outside Area C will be given gas cards. Also, free lodging is available at the Simpson Park camp with either a campsite or dormitory accommodations.
