Trane/American Standard

I Provide HVAC literature and product support for five product lines in three states and two continents. Duties include:

Writing/Editing

I develop, maintain, distribute, and print all sales/marketing (catalogs, sales slicks, etc.) and service (installation manuals, engineering/service bulletins, etc.) literature for VAV, Commercial Self-contained, S&P, Electric Unit Heaters, and Wall Fin product lines. Maintain quality relationships with product managers and service/marketing engineers, ensuring that all literature conforms to company branding conventions.

Information Management

For select product lines, responsible for changes, updates, and new development to one .com site and several Intranet sites. Use the company's electronic library system to make literature available to regional offices and service engineers in the field, as well as to maintain version control for all products.

Production/Distribution

I work with an internal print-on-demand center to maintain proper levels of literature on the assembly lines.
