? Does anyone object to my walking around the park noting "For Sale" lots, and listing them below? ? If phone number is on the sign should it be be included? Your thoughts please.

Association dues are now $500 for each lot
Pay with the electric bill on the first of February.

The following are weekly happenings.

Fiddlers Sundays at 6:30 PM.
L & P Jam Mondays at 6:30 PM.
Games Night Tuesdays at 6:30 PM.
Crafts Wednesdays 9:30 to 11:00 AM.
Bingo Thursdays, at 6:30 PM. It's legal! Even for your friends who don't live in Mountain View--if you want to invite them.
Coffee Monday mornings at 7:30 AM.

I own a leased lot in each of these "Resort CO-OPs" located in Quartzsite, Arizona.
I am not on the board of directors and have no authority in either CO-OP.
The directors are not responsible for what I have on these or other web sites I own.
Information or opinions on these web pages are not official, and may not be current or accurate.

Hopefully, this is enough to avoid confusion regarding these pages. Besides, I hate lots of "legal" jibberish.

Anything I post could be seen by unscrupulous people anywhere in the world. Hence, I may not have some information interesting to CO-OP members. Further, I want to respect everyone's Right of Privacy. So here is a short list of what will not be on these pages.

Anyone's full name, or phone number; unless they have specifically OK'ed it.
Detailed Minutes of any of the Meetings.
Pop-Up ads.
Political or Religious opinions.
Anything: Lewd, Pornographic or disrespectful.
Things I consider dumb or in bad taste I haven't thought of yet.

Some things I think might be OK to have.

A list of "For Sale" or "Rent" items from signs that anyone who goes through the parks could see. Unless the owner requests other wise, these would be listed only by Lot Number.
Links to other web site that I feel might be of interest to those in the park.

I hope I am not taking on a big task that will take more time than I want to spend. I would like to post up coming events. But, I need to know about them. If you just tell me about something I am likely to forget or get it wrong. An email, with something I could simply cut and paste would work. A "Notepad attachment" (plain text) with what you would like to see on this web site would be great.

No guarantees, but I will try to get what you send posted. If time is short call me and let me know I should check my email. Obviously, if something is distasteful, offensive, or of little or no interest to the Mountain View park residents I may not post it. Sorry, but for the present I guess I have to be the judge on such matters.
