Welcome to the 28th Annual Deposit Lumberjack Festival

Once again, Deposit's biggest and most popular community event is upon us. The festival committee, made up of people who volunteer their time throughout the year in order to bring you four days full of fun and excitement. We always seek to add new events and programs for you. Check this site often to see what new and exciting opportunities will be in the 28th Annual Lumberjack Festival.

Our theme for this year's festival is "An American Experience". Our nation is still recovering from the horrors of September 11th and the conflict in Iraq. What we have seen, however, is a nation that pulls together and works together while respecting differences of opinion. This is our goal with the Festival each year--to bring a wide range of occupations, ethnic backgrounds, religious faiths and traditions together into a community celebration of our nationality. This historic celebration continues with our central focus of coming together which is unique among all other nations in the world. Our nation is a melting pot of many. Likewise the Lumberjack Festival serves as an opportunity to share our traditions, our history and our common areas of fun and relaxation.
