Alcoholic Beverages

The Lumberjack Festival is family-oriented and requests visitors to refrain from irresponsible drinking. The legal age to consume alcohol in New York State is 21 years old, and the Village of Deposit has an open container law.

To accommodate Festival visitors, beer will be on sale by our local Rotary and VFW organizations. Enjoy your drinks at these sits. You will be requested to provide photo identification for the purchase and consumption of alcohol.
