The only inappropriate job is one that is allows for no personal growth. I have life goals as opposed to career goals. I enjoy assisting others. That is especially true when operating fully aware and prepared prior to beginning a project. A best match would be an employer who follows theory Z management practices.

Simultaneously I work well with the most difficult of people. I have had a lifetime of working with difficult people. Will speak my mind eventually. Around me illicit bahavior will be exposed to the light of day. Look elsewhere for someone willing to be a doormat. Theory X mnagement will only result in grief for both of us.
