Overview
Being practical in nature there is no need for the irrelevent.
Life without purpose is the surest form of torture. That which brings life also brings satisfaction and joy. Far to many find only temporary satisfaction in the pursuits of life. Thus the never ending quest to fill a void.
I work well either alone or as part of a team as the situation requires. A team player by nature having little use for ego. Normally as such gets in the way of an individuals proper development. When necessary at God's direction I will encourage or correct leaders. Even the head pastor of their own church. Simply because God is the head and not a given pastor. Was it for no reason that Paul encouraged the faithful to follow him as he followed Christ? It did not say to follow Paul in place of Christ as is apparently believed by many today based on the perception. That thinking gets leaders placed under God's curse. This curse can simply be the removal of blessing or a decrease of apparent anointing level.
I had a moment where there seemed no way out of the dead end that was my life. That same June 19-21, 1986 week-end also brought eternal satisfaction. The satisfaction came from the beginning of eternal life found in a personal relationship as opposed to a religion. Though both are found in Christianity. Relationships do develop religious elements.
It is imposssible to avoid religion. Consider Soviet Russia's monument to Lenin. They being a communist nation at the time effectively attempted to deify their founder through cryogenic suspension after death. Therefore the concept of separation of church and state is fundamentally flawed and unworkable. Unworkable and dangerous to the point of lunacy. Even the work place and government have religious elements.
The scary thing is that some have made government their god. Therefore to carry this concept to a logical conclusion government itself must be destroyed. That makes said complete separation an unwise and foolish idea.
