SUMMER CAMP CHOICE 1: CAMP INDIAN TRAILS July 11-17th 2010 Recommended for all-age Scouts
Our Troop’s theme for this year is _________. Bring any ______ items your parents let you bring along. We’ll need all we can get to keep our status as 1st Prize Gateway winners! First-year Scouts will earn advancements needed for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class. Everyone can earn many merit badges and go home with great Scouting stories to tell!
Cost: ‘early bird’ $250 by March 16th (troop meeting) write check to ‘Troop 324” ‘late’ $265 after March 16th (troop meeting) give signups to Mrs. Domagalski Camp asks that all ‘late’ money be turned no later than the May 11th (troop meeting) If you are new to T324 in 2010, you get the ‘early bird’ pricing through April 27th (troop meeting)
Parents in camp: The troop needs help with supervision so Scouts can have fun and be safe. CIT is located in Janesville, about 1 hour away. Come for the week, day, hour, for a meal, or Wednesday/Friday are parent nights. Scouts are expected to stay through 9am Saturday. If you need to bring your scout home early, an early-release form is needed per camp rules.
Sunday July 11th: Meet at Fox River School at 9am, we leave at 9:30. Bring a sack lunch for the day. Have 2 medical forms in your hand and know where swimsuit is. Each medical form needs to be signed and dated with a 2010 signature.
Saturday, July 17th: We leave CIT ~ 9:30 and return to Fox River School ~ 11am.
Packing list, medication forms, leader guides, merit badge sign-ups: – available at the paper table or online at www.glaciersedge.org. No electronics, please.
