SUMMER CAMP CHOICE 2: R. S. Lyle (High Adventure) July 25-31st, 2010 Recommended for Scouts ate 14+, or 13 with Scoutmaster Approval
Our Troop’s theme for this year is _________. Bring any ______ items your parents let you bring along. This camp is ‘open program’ which means there are no set MB times. You get to pick your schedule, but you’ll need to stay motivated. Everyone can earn many merit badges and go home with great Scouting stories to tell!
Cost: ‘early bird’ $229 by February 2nd (troop meeting) write check to ‘Troop 324” ‘late’ $254 after February 2nd (troop meeting) give signups to Mrs. Domagalski Camp asks that all ‘late’ money be turned no later than the May 11th (troop meeting)
Parents in camp: The troop needs help with supervision so Scouts can have fun and be safe. RSL is located in Elcho, about 4.5 hours away. Come for the week, day, hour, for a meal, or Wednesday/Friday are parent nights. Scouts are expected to stay through 9am Saturday. If you need to bring your scout home early, an early-release form is needed per camp rules.
Medical Forms: 2 copies of your medical form must be turned in at/before the June 6th COA/Troop meeting. Each medical form needs to be signed and dated with a 2010 signature.
Sunday July 25th: Meet at Fox River School at 8am, we leave at 8:15. Bring a sack lunch for the day. We’ll arrive at camp about 1:15. Know where swimsuit is for the swim check.
Saturday, July 31st: We leave R.S. Lyle ~ 9:30 and return to Fox River School ~ 2:30pm.
Packing list, medication forms, leader guides,: – available at the paper table or online at www.sewisbsa.com. No electronics, please.
