First and foremost I am a faithful Catholic. That's not what I am, but who I am. I am spending my life learning about my faith. I was truly blessed to be born into such a rich and beautiful Church, the one Jesus founded. If you come to know it as I have, you'll never leave, or you'll join if you don't belong already.
I am in my 40s, and married to a wonderful woman since 1978. We have a son and daughter who are now adults and doing well. We are very involved in our Roman Catholic Church ( http://home.twcny.rr.com/stjony )as religion teachers, lector and on many committees and groups. I also teach computers at Holy Cross Academy( http://www.holycrossacademy.com ), and enjoy it! We live out in the country on a hill among flat land.

On Life: Lately I ponder how we all seem to act as if we can/will live for ever. We all seem to make decisions based on this. We should always remember our ultimate goal: eternity in heaven with God.
On other Christians: I have great love and respect for our protestant brothers and sisters. In many ways they do more with less. Some of my dearest friends are among them.
On other religions: There is some truth in all religions.
On atheists: Come home. Your Church wants you back.
