Schnibbles is a desktop notepad/scrapbook with an expandable plugin architecture. Includes content handlers/editors for text, RTF, RTFD, HTML, TIFF, EPS,sounds, and can read other NSImage formats such as gif and jpeg. It will accept file and content drags from both the Workspace and OmniWeb.
This version adds support for printing and assignment of command keys by plugins.

How to get stuff in...
You can drag files from the workspace onto the item list, and their contents will be transferred into a new item. You can also paste data into the item list, or drag it from another application. Schnibbles will also accept url drags from OmniWeb. To create a new item, select the appropriate type from the Item menu.
How to get stuff out...
To export an item from the scrapbook file, select it and choose Export Item from the Item menu. You can also copy an item from the list to the pasteboard, or drag an item from the list to the workspace.
Developer description
The Schnibbles application is primarily a home for assorted 'content' plugins and provides a storage mechinism in the form of scrapbook files. Each plugin handles viewing and editing a type of data, such as rich text or images. Scrapbook files are collections of named data items stored in a file wrapper with a table of contents.
