"This has become one of my favorite podcasts, with his dry monotonic and completely mesmeric delivery succinctly detailing his experiences and imparting great geek tips for his listeners."
-- Curtis Cross

"Dude listening to your podcast is like hearing myself think. It's awesome!"
-- Trucker Steve

Confessions

Confessions is the self-authored, self-produced podiocast that holds nothing back. An amazing compilation that chronicles life at the darkest level through the eyes of a man living on the wrong side of the street throughout his entire life. Bear witness as ageless skeletons and demons are finally released and unspoken secrets are revealed while karmic justice is served up in this tell-all saga.

Fragments: The Mormon Who Taught Me How To Slay A Dragon...

Dungeons & Dragons.... Yes I was one of those people... It was the late 1970's and Fantasy Role-Playing had not yet reared it's head into the mainstream. I was still in High School at the time I was introduced to this new way to escape reality. What's interesting is the fact that I was convinced to give it a try by a group of Mormons...

Yes, the Church sucked me into this world of elves, dwarves, orcs, paladins & phraints. Mages and Clerics, Warriors and Assassins..Good vs. Evil...Fantastic! Join me as I take you back to that fatefull day where it all began for me...

Fiction - Guerrilla Casting: 2010

The year is 2010.. the not too distant future. Conglomerates like Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon have declared martial law on the use of bandwidth. Corporations have unified under the flag of the Google Empire to restrict and control all media..The FCC enforces this new world order using invasive Black-Ops technology to relentlessly scan the airwaves searching for bands of guerrilla podcasters and other new media terrorists. Rebel factions are forced to do hit and run style broadcasts in order to evade the goon squads dispatched across the country to round up these low-tech groups...

TL42 - Think You Have It Bad?
Ok, so the cover art and title really have nothing to do with this episode... but it was funny. It's been awhile since I posted an episode and I thought it was time to drop a line to you all.

Just an update, hope everyone is doing well.

TL40 - Full Circle
I am rapidly coming Full Circle as my situation evolves. Things are fluid and I have had to re-record this episode three times now as everything changes faster than I can record. In any case, this is an update or a status report if nothing else. 1 step forward and 2 steps back is how things seem to be going. On a positive note I have secured my driver's license and for some reason my 2 year suspension has been lifted 6 months early!

Not one of my best podcasts but I have been gone for awhile, my apologies.

TL39 - Podcasting Preachers & YouTube Whores - Part II
In Part I discussion revolved around a lot of the strategies people use to push their content across YouTube. Cheating, using bots to create a huge subscriber base as well as the hate and bashing that goes on. Doing video or podcasting is a passion for many. It takes something special to rise above everyone else. There's a lot of content out there and it's not slowing down. If anything New Media is rapidly evolving.

In Part II we continue our discussion as we explore what it takes to push yourself beyond the envelope.

TL38 - Podcasting Preachers & YouTube Whores - Part I
Enter the world of Web 2.0 - where social media networking drives NEW MEDIA to the edge. Gone are the days of Google Ads & search engine optimization.. Today it's all about Tags & Gags.. The more people that follow your content online determines who you are. There are so many people out there with something to bring to the table, podcasters with a passionate message, YouTubers with flair and style not unlike the shows found on prime time TV. Yet many of these visionaries get slapped with labels such as Whore, Preacher, Sell Out... Why? What are they doing to earn this disrespect? More importantly, why do people automatically take that stand against others that are trying to promote their passions and follow their dreams?

Join me as I discuss this cultural enigma with a few of today's hottest new media artists as they share their views on self promotion and what it takes to climb to the top in this environment.

GJ #09: Every Dog Has It's Day
Original Air Date: March 5, 2006

Find out why the DOT pulled me in at the Cottonwood scales on I-5 in California! Find out how a stupid mistake almost cost me big... This podcast was recorded over the last few days as I made my way from Stockton, CA to Portland, OR where I delivered a load of grocery items at Safeway.

I also delve into the sick, sad world of animal abuse. Pet Abuse more specifically, where I rant a bit on those who take on the responsibility of pet ownership without giving any forethought to the time, expense and care that goes into providing a healthy and prosperous environment for these creatures. In addition I talk about the wack jobs that steal pets for the purpose of selling them to research labs where they have little chance of ever seeing the light of day again...

GJ #08: No Strings Attached... Are We ready For High Speed Wireless?
Original Air Date: March 2, 2006

Recorded in Sacramento, CA this podcast includes my first try at including music from the Podsafe Music Network. The whole music thing is new for me but I love being able to include it in my podcasts. Some bitching about the way the different terminals don't really give a shit about drivers out of other terminals and in particular the night shift which is hard to deal with always.

For some strange reason I actually plugged the wireless providers in this episode... I apologize for my momentary insanity...

GJ #07: Calexico
Original Air Date: February 19, 2006

Recorded in Calexico, CA this podcast includes a new intro and some audio which was recorded several weeks earlier when I was in Washington. I recap and then talk a bit about taking some home time with my daughter Allison in San Jose, CA. We tried to go see the movie HOSTEL but found that it had been pulled from theaters for graphic violence.

GJ #06: It's All About Me...
Original Air Date: January 29, 2006

Recorded in Billings, MT parked at a Flying J Truck Stop. Mostly disjointed rambling about problems posting video to iTunes. I answer a couple of emails from listeners and then talk a bit about places I'd like to settle down and buy a house. I was surprised to find Rapid City, SD to be appealing as I had always thought of the Dakotas as pure wasteland...
