"This has become one of my favorite podcasts, with his dry monotonic and completely mesmeric delivery succinctly detailing his experiences and imparting great geek tips for his listeners." -- Curtis Cross
"Dude listening to your podcast is like hearing myself think. It's awesome!" -- Trucker Steve

Fragments: The Mormon Who Taught Me How To Slay A Dragon...
Dungeons & Dragons.... Yes I was one of those people... It was the late 1970's and Fantasy Role-Playing had not yet reared it's head into the mainstream. I was still in High School at the time I was introduced to this new way to escape reality. What's interesting is the fact that I was convinced to give it a try by a group of Mormons...
Yes, the Church sucked me into this world of elves, dwarves, orcs, paladins & phraints. Mages and Clerics, Warriors and Assassins..Good vs. Evil...Fantastic! Join me as I take you back to that fatefull day where it all began for me...

 Fiction - Guerrilla Casting: 2010
The year is 2010.. the not too distant future. Conglomerates like Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon have declared martial law on the use of bandwidth. Corporations have unified under the flag of the Google Empire to restrict and control all media..The FCC enforces this new world order using invasive Black-Ops technology to relentlessly scan the airwaves searching for bands of guerrilla podcasters and other new media terrorists. Rebel factions are forced to do hit and run style broadcasts in order to evade the goon squads dispatched across the country to round up these low-tech groups...

It's 3AM and I'm sippin' some Raven's Brew as I stand out on the deck and look out over the kennels. It's deathly silent. The dogs are tucked away dreaming of rabbits, twitching in their sleep. I'm feeling very relaxed, and yet I can't sleep. Spring is here and the warmer weather lends itself to more enjoyable biking. The night air is crisp but warm and the darkness folds itself around me as I record this episode.

| TL13 - RFID Technology, The Mark Of The Beast? |
|
|
Imagine a future in which your every belonging is marked with a unique number identifiable with the swipe of a scanner; where your refrigerator keeps track of its contents; where the location of your car is always pinpoint-able; and where signal-emitting microchips storing personal information are implanted beneath your skin or embedded in your inner organs. This is the future of radio frequency identification (RFID), a technology whose application has so far been limited largely to supply-chain management. RFID is set to be applied in a whole range of consumer settings.
Consumer advocates say this is paving the way for a nightmarish future where personal privacy is a quaint throwback.

| TL05 - What are you doing? |
|
|
What are you doing?
That's the question everyone is answering it seems. I find myself answering this question repeatedly on a daily basis too. I can't figure out why and I decided to talk about it in my mp3 recording today. I could have text messaged all of you but I can't go over 140 characters...Is glorified text messaging what we as a society have come to? It seems so. I also wonder how podcasting became so pouplar and what will be next? How does a simple thing become so huge, that's the subject today.
Other topics covered are the severe weather that hit recently and a nod to Curtis Cross of The Sleeperberth Cast as I give my thoughts on Unions and Corporate exploitation.
