Grass Fed Lamb

Lamb meat cut, wrapped, frozen and ready for you! 

You can buy whole, half or individual cuts.  Live lambs are also available.  Meat is processed at a state inspected plant.  Whole lamb thats cut/wrapped and frozen usually weighs in at 35-50lbs.  Just the right size to put in the freezer!

*Brats and Summer sausage - Brats come in 1.5 lb packages of six.  5.50 lb for brats and 6.75 for summer sausage.  We are sold out of summer sausage

Individual cuts vary in price depending on cut

Lambs are rotationally grazed during the summer time and in the winter have access to alfafa/grass hay all the time.  Lambs are not grain finished and hormones are not used.
