One project that I've been working
with is the
project. Quesa is a cross-platform QuickDraw 3D clone implemented
on top of OpenGL. I've recently added Cocoa to the list of interface
platforms that Quesa supports (including Windows, X11, Be, and MacOS/Carbon). |

In real life, I'm 'Director of Information
Systems' at (www.unioncab.com),
a democratically run, worker-owned and operated cooperative. Many
years ago, I started as a cab driver there. Most of the software I've
written for Union remains squarely in-house (including the taxi dispatching
system, AR, HR, scheduling, and lots of other 'grey pinstripe' type
stuff). This year (2005-2006), we've been switching to 100% java for
just about everything, including desktop applications (using Swing).
